Mette van den Boogert is a fashion designer/creative who in 2023  graduated from Amsterdam Fashion Institute (AMFI) with a bachelor’s degree in Fashion & Textile Technologies. 
Mette’s passion for fashion and design started from a young age. Then she discovered the freedom and importance of expressing yourself through clothing. Large silhouettes became possible by learning more technical skills in which she specialized in digital pattern drawing in the program Clo3d.
 
In Mette’s work, you will always see surrealistic, eccentric and playful elements, in which the way of using color, playing with texture contrasts and renewing silhouettes are typical. It’s important to Mette to address social issues, where the main message is that everyone can be themselves and express themselves freely. In addition, she is a very conceptual designer who likes to work on image research and storytelling.
